Our Supply Chain Management Development Program is designed to develop you into a people leader in Supply Chain! Throughout this 2-year program, you’ll have the opportunity to engage and gain a broad understanding of our business through your rotations.
Candidates interested in the Supply Chain Management Development Program (SCMDP) must be pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Operations Management.
SCMDP Rotations
Supply Chain Planning
You’ll analyze and interpret data to provide insights & solutions for improving our supply chain operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure demands are met, while minimizing inventory levels, creating, and managing production schedules, and ensuring that materials and resources are available when needed.
Demand Planning
You’ll analyze and manage demands for finished goods and help ensure that our customers receive the products in a timely and efficient manner. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to analyze historical data and market trends, identify patterns, and develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
Logistics
You’ll analyze and manage the flow of goods from our suppliers to our end customers. You’ll work closely with our Transportation and Warehousing teams to ensure that goods are delivered on time and at the lowest possible cost while developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our goods.
Sourcing
You’ll identify and evaluate our suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure a sustainable and cost-effective supply chain. You’ll develop sourcing strategies that meet our business objectives while monitoring market conditions and trends that may impact our sourcing decisions.
