Our Operations Management Development Program (OMDP) is designed to help you reach your potential as a future leader in Operations. Through this 3-year rotational program, you’ll experience 3-4 unique rotations enabling you to take on leadership roles across all areas.
Candidates interested in the Operations Management Development Program must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, or Management.
OMDP Rotations
Harvest Team Lead
You’ll lead the heart of our winemaking process by managing daily operations at one of our crush facilities. Overseeing grape reception, wine fermentation, and waste management, you’ll also supervise a team of up to 30 workers, making critical decisions that impact our production.
Bottling/Spirits Team Lead
You’ll develop leadership skills by leading a team of Operators at one of our bottling facilities and driving bottling line performance. You’ll be responsible for assigning and monitoring operational tasks, supervising various workflows, and driving initiatives that enhance performance across all levels.
Cellar Team Lead
Elevate your leadership potential by supervising a team of Operators responsible for daily cellar work including receiving, blending, filtering, and cooling at one of our cellar facilities.
Warehouse Team Lead
Enhance your ability to guide and influence teams by leading a group of Operators responsible for managing inventory and reworking at one of our warehouse facilities. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the overall success of the warehouse.
Maintenance Team Lead
You’ll lead a team of Mechanics in managing projects, daily work, and preventative maintenance tasks at one of our bottling facilities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety by leading with technical expertise.
Corporate Environment Health & Safety
You’ll drive projects in specific areas of Environmental Health & Safety, including process safety management, lockout/tagout, management of change, industrial hygiene, and sustainability. You’ll execute on-site fieldwork, meet with stakeholders, and revise health and safety programs.
Sales
Learn sales tactics from our best-in-class sales organization, gaining insight and experience into our distribution processes. You’ll participate in sales calls, merchandising, and learn operational procedures related to warehousing, deliveries, and ordering processes.
Supply Chain Analyst
Shape the future of our operations as a Supply Chain Analyst. Working closely with Operations and our commercial functional departments, you’ll support the production of finished goods by creating efficient production plans determined by our customer demand.
Lean Six Sigma
You’ll execute projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance quality across our sites and departments. As a member of this team, you’ll receive Lean Practitioner, Green Belt, and Black Belt certifications so you can carry on a culture of continuous improvement!
Marketing
You’ll perform data analysis, work cross-functionally, travel, and make key decisions for our Brand Marketing team. You’ll also gain exposure to advertising, budgeting, packaging changes, and learn how to manage a brand as you would a business.
