What to expect
As a seasonal employee, you’ll work at an outdoor crush facility where we bring in and process grapes. Most of the work will be physically intensive, whether you are pushing and pulling equipment or standing for long periods of time. You may also be asked to climb to the tops of tanks and work at elevated heights. Our need for additional help during peak season is important — you may be required to work schedules that include day shifts, swing shifts, or overnight.
- Line Builders: You will move juice between tanks and handle pumps. This work is often physically demanding.
- Operators: You will monitor machines for gondolas. This job involves standing for long periods of time.
- Lab Technicians: You will conduct routine analyses of grapes, beverages, and related materials while adhering to our safety and quality standards.
- Cellar Work: You will be responsible for various activities within our cellar, from monitoring tanks to handling equipment.
