Our vineyards

With rolling hills and mountains, lush green land, and bright blue skies, Talbott Vineyards provides remarkable beauty. From our two distinctive estate vineyards located in Monterey County, Sleepy Hollow Vineyard and Diamond T Vineyard, we craft a portfolio of exceptional wines.

Grapes bask in the early morning sunshine, then brace for cold afternoon winds that slow the maturing process. These idyllic elements combine to give the vineyards one of the longest growing seasons in California and allow each grape to develop the concentrated flavors that are a signature of Talbott Vineyards wines.

Our winemaking

Our vineyards' diversity inspires our team to farm to micro-terroir differences, giving winemaker Kamee Knutson the freedom to create a range of expressions reflecting the unique characteristics of each parcel and block.

Today, Talbott Vineyards and its estate Sleepy Hollow Vineyard are proudly Certified Sustainable by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance, a third-party, globally recognized program dedicated to sustainably producing quality grapes and wine.
