Let us introduce ourselves — we opened our doors 11 years ago and invited old and new friends to join us for a drink. Thoughtful details and raw materials complement our four tasting experiences: Rock, Paper, Scissors, and The Vault. Casual and curated, our gallery-inspired spaces are the perfect introduction to Orin Swift Cellars. Here, both visitors and ride-or-die fans can enjoy personalized deep dives into our wines and their stories.

Our winemaking

After nearly a decade of our founder Dave Phinney collaborating with our winemaking team, every Orin Swift Cellars wine still starts with the same question: How do we make this year better than the last?

Winemaking never gets boring. Every year, weather and conditions slightly alter even the most familiar vineyards and varietals. Our winemaker pushes skill and creativity to transform and harness these ever-changing variables into wines we know and love, while also expressing the uniqueness of the vintage.

We’ve forged a deep commitment to the vineyards, land, and community that make our wine. That means adapting with our region and climate, investing back into the ground through sustainable wine making practices. Back in 2019, we partnered with the Napa Valley Community Foundation to help our community rebuild after devastating wildfires. We were humbled by how our Orin Swift Cellars family showed up and continue to look forward to opportunities that provide for our environment.
