A Taste of What You'll Do

Join Gallo to lead the strategy and execution of marketing for a complex brand or portfolio, setting the vision, goals, and three-year plan that drive P&L performance. You will partner with BU leadership and cross-functional teams to translate Brand Strategic Positioning (BSP) and OGSM into channel strategies, pricing decisions, and measurable KPIs, while adapting plans to market dynamics and competitive conditions.

You will own channel and portfolio trade-offs, optimize investment across the marketing mix, and champion innovation that grows consumer preference across retail and on-premise. Building dashboards and business cases, you'll present BSPs for senior approval, ensure budgets and contracts align with objectives, and act as a guardian of brand standards in market-facing teams and agency partners. Continuously evaluating Six Standards and go-to-market approaches, you'll identify white spaces, recommend portfolio role changes, and actively manage self-cannibalization when it benefits long-term value.

As a leader and coach, you'll develop teams to think strategically and act Agile, teach channel expertise, guide creative platforms, and embed consumer empathy by spending time with customers and sales. You'll mentor colleagues to elevate briefs, align stakeholders, and drive execution that balances short-term results with a 3–10 year brand vision.
