A Taste of What You'll Do
As a Advanced Reliability Maintenance Technician at Gallo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of facility and production assets across the Chester County campus. You'll be at the center of developing and championing reliability maintenance standards while executing planned and precision maintenance activities that keep operations running seamlessly.
In this dynamic role, you'll partner closely with Engineering and Planning teams to optimize preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives. From maintaining HVAC systems, chillers, and compressors to developing maintenance procedures and ensuring parts availability, your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency and equipment longevity.
You'll contribute your technical expertise by training others, setting maintenance standards, and driving cross-functional improvements. Whether leading facility projects, calibrating instrumentation, or collaborating with vendors, your work will help maintain high-quality standards while ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability across the site.

What You'll Need
• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of building maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or production maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associate's degree or two-year technical certification from an accredited industrial trade program plus 4 years of maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Successful completion of a technical military school/certification plus 4 years of maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
• Required to work assigned shift (swing) and weekends and overtime as needed.
• Available to attend classes, seminars or technical trainings to stay current on activities related to building maintenance.
• Must be able to read & interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings
• Required to lift and move up to 75 pounds; lift and carry 50 pounds up flights of stairs and ladders.
• Comfortable with climbing ladders, working on building rooftops and crawling through tight spaces (e.g. attics and basements).
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with multi-craft ability including basic electric, hydraulics and lubrication.
• Good troubleshooting techniques.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, industrial mechanical or automotive environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with multi-craft skills including basic electric and PLC knowledge (for troubleshooting).
• Project management experience.
• Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
