Our Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP)

Our 3-phase accelerated, rotational sales program will prepare you for your future as a sales leader at Gallo!

Phase One:
Distributor Sales Representative

In the SLDP, you’ll spend your first rotation as a Sales Representative. You’ll receive extensive product and sales training that will help you manage 20-40 existing Gallo accounts. At times, this job can be unglamorous, but it is always rewarding. Our program gives you the opportunity to develop your career through hard work and demonstrated leadership.
 

Phase One Highlights:

  • No cold calling needed, but you may be required to lift displays up to 50 lbs.

  • You are given the training and product knowledge you need to succeed.

  • You are responsible for increasing sales volume and building relationships with your accounts.

  • Sales results and strong leadership skills will lead you to your next opportunity- Distributor District Sales Manager.

Phase Two:
Distributor District Sales Manager

It’s time to show off what you know! As a Distributor District Sales Manager, you will be managing a team of 4-7! You’ll manage top accounts, while assuming the training and development responsibilities for your team.
 

Phase Two Highlights:

  • Train and develop new sales representatives.

  • Leverage your leadership skills to motivate your sales team.

  • Build and execute sales plans.

Phase Three & Beyond

The experience you gain throughout your SLDP journey will accelerate your career growth and prepare you for a career in Sales, Fine Wine, Distributor Management, and more!
