Our hearts are heavy as we see the negative impact COVID-19 has had on communities and businesses around the globe. At E. & J. Gallo Winery, the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, contractors, business partners and community are our top priority.

As an essential business, we are continuing to operate and have implemented several protocols and measures to provide a safe work environment for our employees and our suppliers. We have made many changes in our business, including remote and flexible work schedules where possible. Our decision making is based on our company values, government directives, and guidance from the CDC and other health officials.

We are providing our employees with in-house produced hand sanitizer, exercising social distancing in our facilities, break rooms and our shift change meetings, frequently cleaning public areas and high touch surfaces, and prohibiting communal food sharing. We are also conducting all interviews via video technology.

Gallo is also proud to play a small role in helping our employees and community by providing hand sanitizer to the Office of Emergency Services in Stanislaus County which will be distributing the sanitizer to those with the greatest need. During times like these, the power of teamwork reminds us we're all in it together.
