MBA Internship Opportunities

Finance Leadership & General Management Program
Our Finance opportunities offer interns and MBA graduates the challenges and broad-based exposure that can accelerate your career growth. As a full time hire in the program, you’ll have the chance to take on a remarkable variety of roles serving different areas of our business, through your 12-18 month rotations, including at least three of the areas outlined below.
As a Finance & General Management Intern, you will be responsible for delivering key strategic business projects. Finance Interns will act as integral members of the finance team and will work with cross-functional team members. The internship is a 10-week summer position with similar responsibilities to the full-time position, including projects in one of the areas below.

As a new Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll quickly immerse yourself in the development and execution of all facets of brand strategy, including advertising, consumer research, product development, promotions, consumer research, media planning and packaging. You will also be responsible for analyzing consumer trends, identifying the drivers that impact your business and developing a brand plan to address these opportunities.
As an Associate Brand Manager Intern, you will be responsible for 2 to 4 projects that include analytical, strategic, creative, and cross-functional elements. The Associate Brand Manager Internship is a 10-week summer position with similar responsibilities to the full-time Associate Brand Manager position. Interns will work with cross-functional team members in areas such as finance, packaging, consumer research, public relations, supply chain, and creative services to drive significant projects for their brands. Associate Brand Manager Interns will act as integral members of the brand team to directly impact marketing strategy and execution.

When you join our Operations & Supply Chain organization, you’ll use your strategic vision and project management skills to offer critical leadership in the roles outlined below.
As an Operations Business Analyst Intern, you will manage 2-4 projects that interact cross-functionally with other parts of Operations as well as coordinating with many of the other key company functions of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Engineering.
