MBA Internship Opportunities



Our MBA internship is a fully supported and immersive 10 week magnet program where we invite the Nation’s best and brightest to explore careers with Gallo. You’ll work side by side with full-time associates in a real world context so you can experience the creativity, collaboration and ingenuity we’ve become known for around the world.

Finance Leadership & General Management Program

Our Finance opportunities offer interns and MBA graduates the challenges and broad-based exposure that can accelerate your career growth. As a full time hire in the program, you’ll have the chance to take on a remarkable variety of roles serving different areas of our business, through your 12-18 month rotations, including at least three of the areas outlined below.

As a Finance & General Management Intern, you will be responsible for delivering key strategic business projects. Finance Interns will act as integral members of the finance team and will work with cross-functional team members. The internship is a 10-week summer position with similar responsibilities to the full-time position, including projects in one of
the areas below.

Brand Marketing


Exciting, challenging and rewarding—that’s the type of opportunities Gallo Brand Marketing offers MBA graduates who have the passion and skills to help us bring new brands to life. We develop consumer marketing for over 80 brands enjoyed around the world, focusing on identifying consumer needs and marketing a wide array of wines and spirits to address them. It’s this disciplined approach that has helped make our business a success.

As a new Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll quickly immerse yourself in the development and execution of all facets of brand strategy, including advertising, consumer research, product development, promotions, consumer research, media planning and packaging. You will also be responsible for analyzing consumer trends, identifying the drivers that impact your business and developing a brand plan to address these opportunities.

As an Associate Brand Manager Intern, you will be responsible for 2 to 4 projects that include analytical, strategic, creative, and cross-functional elements. The Associate Brand Manager Internship is a 10-week summer position with similar responsibilities to the full-time Associate Brand Manager position. Interns will work with cross-functional team members in areas such as finance, packaging, consumer research, public relations, supply chain, and creative services to drive significant projects for their brands. Associate Brand Manager Interns will act as integral members of the brand team to directly impact marketing strategy and execution.



Operations & Supply Chain

When you join our Operations & Supply Chain organization, you’ll use your strategic vision and project management skills to offer critical leadership in the roles outlined below.

As an Operations Business Analyst Intern, you will manage 2-4 projects that interact cross-functionally with other parts of Operations as well as coordinating with many of the other key company functions of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Engineering.

As one of our IS Leadership Development Program Participants, you’ll tap into your strategic thinking, working closely with business personnel to understand a department’s current and future technology needs. You’ll also work closely with key business customers too, leading and implementing technology projects that keep us on the cutting edge.

The Information Services Leadership Development Internship provides an opportunity for you to be an internal business consultant driving strategic direction for our business partners, all in only 10 weeks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple functional areas through highly visible project assignments.
